Description: In this work we report the synthesis and characterisation of nanostructured magnetic-polymer materials. It includes: i) the synthesis and characterization of magnetic nanoparticles such as, Co80Ni20 using the polyol method, sPS.CoFe2O4 using sulphonated polystyrene and Fe3O4 by the coprecipitation technique; ii) the preparation of above nanoparticles embedded into PVA and PVC plymer matrix; iii) the preparation of nanostructured core-shell Fe3O4-polypyrrole composites.
