Title: CRITICAL FLOW REGIONS IN THE CORONARY BY-PASS GRAFT ANASTOMOSIS

Description: Aorto-coronary by-pass graft anastomosis geometry is complex, which causes strong secondary flow formation inside the region. Critical flow regions (recirculation regions and particle deposition) inside to the anastomosis zone are found in the current model. Experimental results show high secondary flow along the occluded artery and good fluid mixing distal to the anastomosis. Both investigated geometry: helical type and straight graft respectively shows same particle deposition in the critical region, around 8.5% of injected magnetic particle.
