Abstract:
In the recent years there has been an increased interest in the use of nano – composites for different applications. Bearnig in mind certain technological applications, a state of the art rewiew has been carried out and will be described in this paper. Although for commercial applications what is more developed refers to nano – clay composites, other types will be evaluated as possible interest as final products. Moreover, the use of nano – particles as an aid for processing of composite materials will also be discussed.
