Description: This paper presents the numerical investigation of the 2D flow in a hydrofoil cascade of an inducer by using commercial code FLUENT 6.3. First the investigated inducer is described, then the equations that govern the flow and the boundary conditions imposed and in the end the results of the flow simulation are compared with the experimental results and a set of conclusions is presented.
